This page explains, in plain language, how Regan's Property Maintenance & Landscaping collects and handles the personal information you provide when you request an estimate, contact us, or otherwise get in touch.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Property address
- Details about the job you need done
- Photos you upload of the job or property
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Assess your enquiry and prepare an initial estimate
- Contact you about your enquiry or job
- Arrange and carry out work you engage us to do
Third-party service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to help process estimate-request submissions, store uploaded photos, and send us notifications about new enquiries. These providers only receive the information needed to provide that service, and the specific providers we use may change from time to time.
Reviews shown from Google
Our home page shows recent Google reviews. Google requires each review to be displayed with the reviewer's name and profile photo, and those photos are loaded directly from Google's servers when the page opens.
That means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when you open our home page, whether or not you click anything. We don't control that, we don't receive it, and we can't see who you are from it. Google's handling of that information is covered by Google's privacy policy.
The review text, ratings and names are Google's, shown as Google supplies them. We don't edit or select them.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website — which pages get read, how visitors arrived, and roughly which area they're in. We use it to improve the site. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't use it for advertising.
What it collects:
- Pages you visit, and when
- How you got here — a search engine, another website, or directly
- Approximate location (typically city or region), which Google works out from your IP address
- Device, browser and screen size
- Basic interactions Google measures by default, such as scrolling, clicks on links that leave our site, and file downloads
Google Analytics sets two cookies on your device, _ga and one beginning _ga_, which distinguish one visitor from another and remember that a visit is in progress. Google's default lifetime for both is two years. Your IP address is sent to Google as part of every request and is used to derive that approximate location; we never see it, and we can't identify you from anything in our reports.
The property is set to keep this data for 14 months. Google Signals is turned off, so your activity isn't linked across devices and isn't used for ad personalisation or demographic reporting, and the property isn't connected to Google Ads or any other advertising product.
If you'd rather not be counted, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

This page is intended to give you a clear, plain-language explanation of how we handle your information. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and we recommend professional review before relying on it as a complete statement of legal compliance.
